Today's network problem was caused by a partial interruption of our Darkfiber line to Amsterdam. Our provider has already sent a technician to the affected section. We will inform you here as soon as we have news.
To avoid such problems in the future, we ordered a redundant line over a year ago. Unfortunately, this has not yet been completed. However, we expect it to be ready in the next 2-3 months.
The technician was able to solve the problem so that the section of the line to Amsterdam that was down is now working properly again.
We are still hoping for more detailed clarification from the provider and will add further information here as soon as we receive it.
